Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and pak33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on pak33.biz, you accept these terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the pak33 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. pak33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one (1) pak33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, and balances may be confiscated in accordance with these Terms.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pak33 account. You are obligated to keep your registered details up to date. pak33 may suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the pak33 platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. pak33 does not represent or warrant that its services are available or permitted in all territories. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited use the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
2.5 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak33 login credentials (username and password). Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. Notify pak33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. pak33 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts before processing withdrawals. This is standard practice for regulated online betting and casino platforms internationally and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
3.2 Documents Required. KYC verification typically requires the Player to submit: (a) a government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence); (b) proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the last three months); and (c) in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
3.3 Verification Timeline. pak33 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. Players are encouraged to submit KYC documents promptly after registration to avoid delays.
3.4 Right to Refuse. pak33 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request, suspend an account, or close an account where KYC documentation is not provided, is fraudulent, or where verification cannot be completed to pak33's satisfaction.
4.1 Accepted Methods. pak33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at pak33's discretion.
4.2 Own Funds. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name and with funds that are legally yours. pak33 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be refunded and the account suspended.
4.3 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the pak33 cashier. These minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed during business hours. Processing times vary by payment method. pak33 targets prompt processing but does not guarantee specific timeframes, particularly where bank processing times are involved. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.5 Currency. pak33 operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rates applied to non-PKR transactions are set by pak33 and may include a margin. The exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction is final.
Note for Pakistani Players: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest method for players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and elsewhere in Pakistan. Ensure your mobile wallet details are registered under your own CNIC to avoid delays.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pak33 sportsbook or casino are subject to acceptance by the platform. pak33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed on markets suspended at the time of the wager.
5.2 Casino Game Results. The outcome of all RNG casino games is determined by certified random number generator software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game in progress as broadcast. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, pak33 will attempt to resolve the round based on recorded data. Payouts are calculated based on the final verified outcome.
5.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, erroneous payouts, software malfunctions, or human error — pak33 reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the payout to the amount that would have applied absent the error. Players who knowingly exploit errors are subject to account suspension.
5.4 Bet Limits. pak33 applies minimum and maximum stake limits to sports markets and casino games. Limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and in the cashier. pak33 may adjust individual account betting limits where unusual patterns are detected.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pak33 are subject to individual terms and conditions specific to each promotion. These terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds, are published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 One Claim Per Promotion. Welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions are available to new pak33 accounts only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim promotions multiple times through account duplication will result in all bonus balances being forfeited.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated time limit. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus balance expiring.
6.4 Right to Modify. pak33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak33 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and report to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content published on pak33.biz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and the pak33 brand name — is the intellectual property of pak33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Permitted Use. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from pak33.biz may be reproduced, distributed, or published without express written permission from pak33.
9.1 No Warranty. The pak33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak33's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Consequential Loss. pak33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
9.4 Force Majeure. pak33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, government action, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
10.1 Commitment. pak33 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at all times.
10.2 Available Tools. pak33 offers the following responsible gaming controls: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) bet size limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) cooling-off periods; and (e) self-exclusion — both temporary and permanent.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the pak33 platform may do so by activating the self-exclusion option in their account settings. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. pak33 will not accept bets or deposits from a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their pak33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following identity verification, subject to these Terms.
11.2 pak33-Initiated Termination. pak33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; (c) the account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) continuation of the account would expose pak33 to legal or regulatory risk.
11.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, pak33 reserves the right to confiscate the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned following KYC verification.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pak33 is incorporated and licensed. Players are individually responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, or account matter, Players must first contact pak33 customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. pak33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
12.3 Final Decisions. Where a bet or game result is disputed, pak33's decision — based on recorded server data — shall be considered final, subject to any applicable regulatory oversight requirements.
pak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak33 will notify registered Players by email or through a notice on the pak33.biz website. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept updated terms should cease using the platform and request account closure.
